Shipping Coverage
We currently offer nationwide shipping across the country.

 No hidden fees — All shipping and handling costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time
Processing Time: Your custom embosser is typically crafted within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 17:00 CST (Central Standard Time) will begin processing the same business day.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.

Transit & Delivery
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (shipping time only).

Total Delivery Time: Including processing, most orders arrive within 6–9 business days.

Shipping Days: Monday through Friday.

Important Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase at thomasqz7lbn@gmail.com.

Once production begins, we may not be able to modify the design.
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.

Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, address changes may not be possible.
