At Stamp Embosser, We want you to love your custom embosser, but if you experience any issues, we’re here to help. . This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Standard Return Policy (Non-Custom Items)
We gladly accept returns of non-customized products under the following conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

A refund will be issued based on the original purchase price, excluding shipping.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

2. Custom Embosser Policy
Because our embossers are made-to-order and uniquely personalized:

Custom items are non-returnable and non-cancelable once production has begun or the item has shipped.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Personal taste/preferences

Minor variations in color, size, or design

If your custom product arrives damaged, defective, or contains a production error, we will:

Remake the item at no cost

Ship a replacement as quickly as possible

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return (include photos/videos if applicable)

If eligible, we will provide you with return instructions.

Securely package the item (ideally in its original packaging) and ship it to the provided address.

Once received and inspected, we will proceed with your refund, exchange, or replacement as applicable.

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 5 business days.

If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

Double-check your bank or credit card account

Contact your card issuer—it may take additional time for the transaction to post

Contact your bank for more information on processing timelines

6. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges or replacements for products that:

Arrive defective, damaged, or

Differ significantly from the specifications confirmed at the time of purchase

7. Customer Responsibility
Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.

Please pack items securely to avoid damage during return transit.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a trackable shipping service.

⚠️ We are not liable for items returned to us by mistake. If located, return shipping may be charged if you wish to have them sent back.

8. Customs Duties & Taxes
For international orders, we do not refund any taxes, duties, or import fees imposed by customs offices.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your refund.
